Marketing
With so many choices on the internet for people to choose from, it can
become hard for a company to choose where to place their listings. It is
an absolute must to place your site in every listing available. But this
is a time consuming job. With each placement that is added, your placement
moves further down the line. The only way to keep your site listed in the
top of the engines, is to constantly submit your site to all of the search
engines. But doing that takes more time than seems like neccesary.
Obviously, you can't submit your site once a day or the search engines
will begin to reject, in fact, once a week is pushing that button. Twice
a month is the best way. If you submit your site twice a month, then the
chances of you staying at the top of the engines are pretty good. I am
not guaranting anything, but that is typically how things work.
The Term "market" when it comes to the web, is very broad. The Internet
Market is the largest in the world as far as I am concerned, and marketing
to the full extent of the "web market" is virtually impossible. How Do
I market, I find places for my banner to go. I stick them there. I also
attatch my web address to every email. If I had a yellow pages ad in my
local phone book, I would place my web address there. I would also place
it on letter heads etc. But perhaps the biggest thing I do is Search Engines.
When somebody wants something on the internet, they have to search for
it. The Best place to search is a Search Engine.
Search Engines don't just know you are out there. They have to be told
that you exist, therefore, you have to tell them. That is where my marketing
comes in. My web packages include "simple" (I guess you could say) marketing.
Simply dealing with the search engines. When You get to the price sheet,
you will see what my marketing can do. |
